Study abroad intakes for 2027: every deadline that matters, country by country.
Australia starts most courses in February and July; the UK in September and January; Europe almost entirely in late August to September, with application deadlines months earlier: Norway around 1 December, Finland 7 to 21 January, Sweden in mid-January, Denmark and many Dutch programmes by 1 March to 1 April. From Nepal, begin 9 to 12 months before your start date, because the NOC, money papers and visa all sit between the offer and the flight.

The short version
- Australia: February and July (some November). UK: September and January (some May).

From our files. Santosh B.K. from Dang applied to Finland a week late the year before he came to us, through a friend, and lost a year. We set his deadline two weeks before the real one, with transcripts and his English test ready in December. He’s doing an MSc in Oulu on a 75% tuition waiver.
Last year our median from first call to flight was 14 weeks. The students who took longest weren’t waiting on universities; they were waiting on their own documents.
