Who we are

What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, phone number, optional email, the country and level you chose, and which page and button you used. That last part tells us which pages help people.
- When you become a student: the documents your applications and visa need (passport, transcripts, financial papers). These are kept in your file, not on this website.
- When you browse: no advertising cookies and no tracking scripts on this site. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, this page will say so first.
Why we use it
To call you back, to write your plan, and to apply to universities and visa authorities on your behalf when you ask us to. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Your counsellor and the people at Landed who work on your file. Universities and visa authorities receive what your application needs, when you ask us to apply. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long your data stays with us
Enquiries: 2 years, then deleted unless you became a student. Student files: as long as the law requires for our records, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email us and we'll reply within 7 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes and the change is listed on this page.
